Ninja Cubs: Preschool Jiu-Jitsu Lessons in Washougal, WA (Ages 3–4)
Ninja Cubs is Lone Wolf BJJ Academy's preschool Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, designed for our youngest students ages 3–4. Through games, movement, and age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, Ninja Cubs helps preschoolers build coordination, focus, listening skills, and confidence — all while having fun on the mats. It's the first step on a lifelong martial arts journey, and a natural entry point before advancing into our Pee Wee BJJ and Kids BJJ programs.

Is my 3-year-old too young for martial arts?
Not at all — Ninja Cubs is specifically designed for ages 3–4, using games and age-appropriate movement to introduce Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals.
What will my preschooler actually learn?
Coordination, listening skills, basic movement patterns, and the foundation for later Jiu-Jitsu technique — all delivered through fun, structured activities.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing for the first class; ask staff about a properly sized gi once your child continues in the program.
What happens after Ninja Cubs?
Students typically progress into our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program, which includes a Pee Wee BJJ track for ages 5–7.
